Euroteck has been our choice repair shop for our older model Mercedes for several years now. We have found them to be honest and up front about cost. We have found them to be competitive and reasonable in their pricing. And when our sweet old Mercedes was on her last leg, we have found them to be understanding and compassionate. We may not need them to service our own Mercedes anymore, but we will ALWAYS recommend them to our friends with foreign cars. Great repair. Took my wife's Jaguar F-Pace in because I found a pool of oil underneath it in our garage. Didn't know what to expect other than it was going to be expensive! The oil filter seal had apparently failed and caused the leak. Vehicle repaired & serviced and we picked up the vehicle the same day! Very pleased with the service we received from Eurotech! Stopped in here by chance, and they immediately got to work diagnosing the issue, repairing the issue, and getting us back on the road. Absolutely stellar service, a blessing to work with them. We had the rear brake pads with sensors replaced on our Mercedes AMG. The service was completed in one day, and the personnel were very professional and knowledgeable, and checked over other concerns we had to make sure there were no issues. The 3 year/36,000 mile warranty on parts and labor Eurtotek provided shows they stand behind their work. I would definitely recommend Eurotek to anyone who needs repairs on a European car. The customer service was amazing. As soon as I walked in the ladies in the office greeted me. I went in to get a diagnostic check to determine why my AC was only blowing in the rear vents and no air was coming through the front vents. I dropped my car off and they provided a Lyft for me. Eli called me about an hour later and let me know what the issue was and they had it fixed within a couple hours. I will continue to do business here. The customer service was amazing.
