My experience at Woodhouse Day Spa was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist, who gave me a tour and got me settled in for my services. This was a birthday gift from my husband: a full day at the spa that included a massage, facial, and mani-pedi.
I had a locker prepared with my name on it, along with a robe and slippers for my comfort. I spent time in the relaxation room enjoying what was probably the best chamomile tea I’ve ever had—completely relaxed before my services even began.
The service providers, Kamalah, Quanette, and Katie, were extremely professional and knowledgeable in their craft, moving me effortlessly between appointments. Although they were very busy, the atmosphere remained calm and serene—there was no sense of rush and not a raised voice to be heard.
