We found out that my boy, Max, had cancer in October of 2025. From the very first consultation through the many tests that followed, the team at MedVet always accommodated his needs with compassion and patience. Every step of the way, they showed kindness, especially when delivering difficult news. That kindness came from everyone: the doctors, surgeons, technicians, and the front desk staff.
The Oncology team, in particular, are people I will be forever thankful for. Nate and Dr. Jackson consistently showed genuine care toward Max and always tried to ease his anxiety during visits. They took the time to answer my questions, explained medications and procedures clearly, and never made us feel rushed or unheard.
