My experience with Jamie was one of a kind. I entered the salon, feeling extremely scared To let go of my long hair, even though it was something I was very sure I wanted to do. I’ve had long hair for years. I refused to cut it due to multiple Hairdresser trauma, and the need to keep it long. But I was ready for a change, and definitely ready to begin my healthy hair journey. Jamie made this experience, incredibly fun and exciting while making me feel calm About cutting more than 4 inches off. She walked me through everything that she did, which was Very considerate and helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and shared her knowledge with me, not only that, but she listened to my concerns and was able to deliver a beautiful cut. That was perfect for my face! Overall this is a beautiful luxurious salon, It’s kept very clean, and the vibe is very calm. It honestly makes me sad to see truly talented people not getting the recognition they deserve. I’m extremely particular when it comes to beauty services, especially hair. Growing up in Indiana, I could never find someone who could cut or color my hair properly — and trust me, I spent well over $500 a month trying. Eventually, I gave up on coloring altogether. Many stylists here lack attention to hair health and don’t tailor styles to different face shapes. But today, I had my hair done by Issac and I was genuinely blown away. I came in with damaged hair from other salons, only planning to get a cut. I had tried his blowout styling before and remembered he was good — but today he exceeded every expectation. I’ve never trusted anyone in Indiana with layers because I always ended up with uneven cuts or outdated curling-iron styling… but Issac? His technique, precision, the way he sections and works with the scissors — you can tell he’s on another level. I was so very pleased with the colour work Jamie accomplished. She corrected and improved the colour and quality of my hair. I felt elated immediately after . But the test for me is 4 or 5 days later when after washing and conditioning myself, if I can achieve anything close to my ‘first day’ experience. And it surpassed my expectations! Jamie also introduced me to a superior product line, Lanza. It’s working!! All in all, an amazing experience. Looking forward to future appointments with Jamie. Laura not only gave me a great cut that I’m very happy with but also was educating me throughout about my hair style (curly) and how to maintain and style it best to really let it shine day after. Elizabeth is a wonderful stylist! She was so friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous since this was my first time getting extensions. She explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. She colored the extensions to match my hair and it couldn’t be better! My hair is amazing, so thick, and I have so many styling options now! I feel like a movie star!!! Literally the cutest balayage of my life, Perry did an amazing job and I was super happy with it!! The chairs at the washing station recline and I’ve never experienced something like that at a salon ever it literally changed my life. As someone who’s not from here and found Luxori on apple maps, I am so glad I decided to go here for my balayage! Incredible experience! The salon is beautiful and classy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hair washing chair was super comfy and no neck strain. Raven was my stylist, she genuinely wanted me to have a great experience and happy for my outcome. I took her advice (great decision) and I love my hair! It is just the refresher I needed. I appreciate the time she took to hear my wants and explain how I could accomplish that but she was honest to and didn't try to sugar coat which I needed. I found this salon and chose it because it had hours that could fit into my busy schedule at the time, and I met Raven who did my hair for my first appointment here and she did an AMAZING job. I’ve been loyal to her ever since and have kept coming back to her every time. She has never once disappointed me and exceeds every expectation and happily goes with every change I make with my hair and consults me through it. I have recommended her to many friends who have gone to her as well and who also love her work every time. Rena is so fantastic! Felt absolutely cared for from the minute I walked in until I left. Got a new hair color, cut and blowout - so happy with it, and my hair feels so soft and healthy! And Rena had extra pre-work to do on my hair... I had a lot of box dye in my past!! But she was so reassuring that I didn't feel anxious about the process!
