When I tell you this place changed my thinking on Dentist on dentistry on how kind people are how they care and how they go above and beyond to actually hear what you’re dealing with and will be able to see if they can help you that day. this is one of the best places I’ve gone ever I will never go to another dentist. I will continue to go here and let me just say the workers and the hygienist and all of them that they have are incredible super kind. I’m so so glad I found this place. Comfortable office, Professional Staff and HAPPY. The atmosphere of the office seemed happy and all staff I interacted with, were both professional and acted like they want to be there. Office atmosphere is a huge part of patients feeling at ease and comfortable. Dental work was efficient. No waiting around in the chair wondering if someone is going to show up. When the Dentist started she was gentle but got the work done quickly. I highly recommend this Dental office and look forward to going back in 6 months. Deer Creek Family Dental is outstanding. Melora has wonderful smile and greets you soon as you walk in the door and very knowledgeable. Mandy is very nice and so helpful with insurance. Marcus and Jordan, the dental assistants are amazing and exceptional in their field. Dr. Poertner is wonderful doctor, compassionate, and also exceptional. These people make you feel like family, its relaxed atmosphere, they are top notch. I recommend them 100%. You all are Fantastic. Thank you for making my visits so pleasant.
