I had the pleasure of working with Ramon Rodriguez and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was extremely pleasant to work with and was very reassuring which made me feel like he genuinely cared about the issues we were having with our heating system. He was timely and had excellent communication before, during and after the project which was wonderful especially when we are all use to large appointment windows and zero communication on when they are will arrive at our house. I repaired my ac unit due to a bad condenser motor. I couldn’t get the system to turn once my repair was complete. I tried everything then I called. Ivan helped me diagnose the situation over the phone and advised me to press the compressor pressure switch. System immediately started working. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend Ivan! Arrived shortly before closing and with over $600 of product needing to be moved the cart was heavy inching through with my partner helping an associate offered to help and did so only to the checkout.
Nobody offered to assist helping out of 4 people standing around with a load nearly a pallet full of merchandise when requesting a forklift it was dismissed (earlier and then) a response like that would make it easier but no action to provide assistance loading or the forklift.
Short story customer service could improve from what was experienced… Casey who is always amazing here could definitely mentor associates on this ….

Prices can range from excellent values to ridiculously high markups. Habitat For Humanity is an inspiring organization for the community so hopefully donations will surge and inventory will increase at this store. I could recommend a visit here to look around to see what the place is all about, and to possibly find a used item at an affordable price.

that we paid when the job was complete. He kept us up to date on when he was
starting the project and answered any concerns we had.
Once the cement cured it only took two 4 hr. days
to complete and the workmanship
from his crew was professional quality.

I got my hair cut here last night and Raeah did a fantastic job! She was very meticulous in the detail of how she cut my hair. She listened well to what I requested and my inspo pictures. I have curly hair and wanted a u shaped cut with face framing pieces and layers. My hair looks so pretty! She also was accommodating and took me at 5:15 so I had time to get there from work. I would recommend and I'll be going back next time!
