What an amazing first grooming experience at Pets In The City, Honolulu! From the initial interaction with their automated online booking system to the follow-up phone calls asking if I needed help scheduling Apollo’s appointment, every step was smooth and thoughtful.
On the day of his appointment, we walked into a warm and welcoming environment—it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Giovanni did an AMAZING job on Apollo’s first cut! He looked so good, and I was beyond happy with the results. Best of all, Apollo wasn’t stressed or anxious when he came out from the grooming area.
The grooming was quick and efficient. Our appointment was at 9 a.m., and there was no double booking—Apollo was Giovanni’s main focus and he was done in just two hours! I’ll definitely be bringing Apollo back for the puppy assessment so he can enjoy their daycare services, too.

#MisterWilliamBeagle LOVES every minute he spends at Furever Friends. He’s brand new to living in the city so it is important to me that he has a chance to play with other dogs and burn off his puppy energy. I live in Chinatown and work near Pearl Harbor and pick-up/drop-off at Furever Friends couldn’t be easier - dropping William off adds about 5 minutes in the morning and 15 in the evening - well worth it to know is happy and safe. He loves ball pit time and swim time. I love when Furever Friends does special promos for the holidays - photos with Santa and the Grinch and the Valentine’s Day Kissing Booth were so much fun. He has also boarded for an extended time and the pictures and updates were great. I know the staff loves him and takes great care of him. Thanks Furever Friends for helping William live his best life.

Would recommend Nikko’s Junk Removal to anyone! They were super communicative, punctual, professional, and kind. Their estimate was what they charged us in the end. Brought several guys to help and got it cleaned up quickly! They even swept up our driveway when they finished, and texted us a photo of the area since we had to step out.
