This will be a long post but worth the read. Jermey was the tech that was sent out to fix my dryer that has a rumbling noise. First, he is extremely professional, courteous and just an all around great guy. On his first visit to fix my dryer he troubleshot it down to a set of rollers. Unfortunately, he didn’t have any on his truck and had to order them. He explained that they would be shipped to me and that the company would follow up for him to return and install them. The company called a couple days of days after I received the parts to get them scheduled to be installed.Jermey installed the new rollers but the dryer still had a slight bump noise but the dryer did sound better but not perfect. Most techs would have just installed the rollers and called it good. Not Jermey he did a little more troubleshooting and narrowed it down to guides and one other part. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the parts on his truck.I was just so impressed with how he wanted everything to be perfect with
