Reds Roofing truly impressed us. It is rare these days to do business with someone and not run into either rudeness or incompetence.
We had struggled with getting our insurance company to agree to cover a full house and shed roof replacement after the wind storm last winter. Our roof was missing shingles in giant chunks all over one side and quite a few shingles randomly on the other, so the insurance was trying to get away with only covering a few areas.
The problem was that there were no matching shingles on the market in Alaska, and ordering to ship would cost more than the roof itself! I called three different roofing companies. Two of them said they weren’t interested in partial projects, and the third one reluctantly agreed to do it, but I would need to be the middle man between USAA and them to approve each nail, tarp, and shingle.
