One of the best fish and chips I’ve EVER had. The tartar sauce has a spicy remoulade type flavor to it that perfectly complements the light, fried chicken style batter and the Cajun fries. The beer was also incredible and Aaron had the vibe going the entire time on what you would expect to be a slow Sunday afternoon. Run, don’t walk!

I love this brewery! I haven’t had a bad beer off the menu, and I used to hate IPAs until I tried the ones they serve here. Mindy is a fun and fabulous bartender, and so is the rest of the crew!
The building used to be a little old fire station. Now where the fire engines used to be is where they have the tanks where they brew the beer. It’s a great friendly little brewery with so much to love! If you become a member you can roll a dice and get a discount too!

Best beer in Boise, hands down! 🍻 Payette Brewing nails it every season whether you’re lounging by the fire pit in winter or soaking up the sun in their outdoor chairs during summer. The dog-friendly atmosphere makes it a go-to for locals (my pup especially loves that the staff hands out treats!).
It’s the perfect post-hike, bike ride, or river float stop, and the vibe is always welcoming. Bonus: you can grab cans to-go for your next adventure. Between the friendly staff, great beer, and laid-back energy, Payette is one of those places you can always count on. Highly recommend if you’re in Boise!

Great spot to stop in for a flight. Dropped just before 4pm and by 4:20 the room was packed. Tasted 4 IPAs and feel the standout brew was the Hoppy Accident with the additional terps.
This is a very vibrant atmosphere with lots of folks chatting; seems that most people showing up here are intent to converse. They’ve got one television showing sports above the bar but that’s it; nice to have a place not focused on sports, but instead companionship and conversation.

An out door deck or you can drink among the fermentors. That’s how a brewery should be!
You can order food from their restaurant next door at the bar top and they serve your table. Which is a great option if you just want the brewery experience instead of a restaurant.
The service was great and the bar has plenty of seats. Lots of out door seating, too.
If you’re staying downtown this is your go-to place for a drink after a long boring convention day, lol.

Use the on-line store if they don't have what you want in stock. You're gonna wait a couple days anyway and these guys are as local as local gets. Wouldn't buy or get service from anywhere else.
