I recently had an issue with my dishwasher—it wouldn't drain or cycle properly. I contacted Western Appliance Repair, and Rich promptly returned my call and got me scheduled. He arrived on time and immediately impressed me with his friendly, personable demeanor. Rich is not only easy to talk to but also extremely skilled when it comes to appliance repair.
Within just five minutes of inspecting my dishwasher, he diagnosed the problem, installed the necessary part, and had everything running smoothly again. The entire process took about an hour and a half.
Having used several other appliance repair companies in the valley, I can honestly say that Rich stands out. He’s a genuinely nice guy, a small business owner who embodies everything a small business should be — professionalism, integrity, and expertise.
I highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him for any future appliance needs!

Amanda is drawing up the plans for our large full-custom home in Boise. She has been great to work with. We have had a lot of custom personalized features added, and she has handled them well. With each drawing update, she sends us the design to be reviewed in 3D on our computer, which helps GREATLY in getting a feel for the whole home before it's built. She has also referred us to some builders for the next phase, which we are eager to begin. I would recommend Amanda for any project, large or small!
