Crunch Fitness - Topeka

I've been a member for about three years. I'm at Crunch, routinely, 3-time a week. The review is detailed, but informative. Here's my breakdown by category, to give credit where due, and to bring issues to light that seem to reoccur, never getting permanent resolution. Maybe this will serve as a catalyst for the franchisor, or corporate to provide better resources and service to Crunch Fitness location managers, whom I believe, are stuck "between a rock and a hard place." Wanting to serve their customers, but being hamstrung by a franchisors or top-tier executives, who are unaware or unresponsive, with too much emphasis on the financial bottom-line. 100% happy with the staff and the environment. Employees are friendly and responsive. I'm always greeted upon entry and acknowledged when leaving I've NEVER had any staff issues. Anyone who says otherwise, is likely a review-troll. Just joined a couple weeks ago. So far liking it and feel its a good value for the peak membership. I love how they keep it so clean! I do wish I could get in on morning classes between 5am and 6am, but they fill up so quickly and im not fast enough to sign up before they are full. Just joined a couple weeks ago.
