I recently inherited my Dad’s beloved 2001 Chevy Silverado, and it had been sitting in the garage unused for several years after he had gotten sick. Once I had taken ownership, I took recommendations from friends about who can be trusted to work on older Chevy vehicles, and 27th St. Automotive was a strong suggestion. I decided to get it evaluated and ultimately spent a fair amount on a persistent oil leak and getting it serviced. About a week after picking up the truck, I had an unfortunate break-down on the interstate. This was the fuel pump giving out and 27th St. Automotive took the truck back in without an appointment, and were genuinely interested in getting the truck fixed as soon as possible. Perhaps what impressed me the most through these two experiences was when I went to pay upon picking up the truck a second time this morning, there was an additional charge I was not aware of.
