Mom in the hospital critical condition. No visitors and/or family allowed inside of hospital due to the COVID-19. Today, June 3, 2020 is Mom’s Birthday. We are grateful to have permission to send her flowers for her birthday. Rose-Neath Flower Shop were on stand by waiting for my call with an okay from hospital to deliver a dozen of long stemmed red roses, which is her favorite flower, to her. It was a rush order due to the circumstances, but they at Rose-Neath Flower Shop Southside have very caring hearts to make this happen for Mom’s birthday. They're awesome and one of the lady's that were there went out here way and really did not, just were creative and nice as she can be! They do drop offs and sell they're flowers w/vases and very reasonable prices. Plus, they sell nice outside decor and interior items, as well. Great Atmosphere too! Called this florist on 12/31. Prob the only florist in town open on Sundays. I spoke with Miss. Terry and she was such a joy to talk to. I needed the flowers delivered same day. They came through!!! I went to Rose-Neath Flower Shop on November 24 2019. They were EXTREMELY helpful especially for someone like me who isn't flower/plant savvy. The place was filled with bright smiles and lovely personalities. Their flowers were in mint condition and have several different colors. Did I mention they were open on a Sunday?! That was excellent news for me. They proved me with information on how to maintain and keep them alive for the longest and offered me suggestions for things I didn't know I needed untill I was told. My experience was awesome. Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had in an establishment. I don't buy flowers often but if and when I do I will without a doubt got to Rose Neath Flowershop! (Oh and it's better to buy with cash just an FYI. They take card but cash is a quicker process.) I went to Rose-Neath Flower Shop on November 24 2019. Rose-Neath went above and beyond to ensure my mother's day flowers got to their destination! A number of shops in town would not deliver to my grandmother's address, but they went above and beyond to coordinate with me to make it happen. Everyone was incredibly kind and considerate. I went in to order a spray for my step father in law’s funeral down in Coushatta. I was in a panic because I had tried to order from a local florist down there and ended up being tricked into ordering from a 1-800 florist who called me from New Jersey to tell me that they couldn’t do the flowers I had paid for. I canceled that order and am still out $300 (it takes days for a cancellation from a 1-800 florist to be reimbursed!) When I told the ladies at Rose Neath Florist my plight, they went above and beyond to get me a spray made, in spite of the fact they are having a hard time getting specific flowers. Oh Geez, Got an arrangement delivered to the HusBae!! They were absolutely beautiful. The Roses were not apart of the arrangement, I purchased them separately. They have a wonderful selection, as I placed my order I wanted to make suggestions on what I thought would be best, I didn't and I'm so glad I allowed them to make that decision. My new flower shop!! Not as cheap as Walmart but the quality is worth the extra price.
