Caring and patient professionals. They'll chat with you about your appointment and your family. They're gentle, but will also respect your wishes to go without being numbed, when possible. I've done that with some of my smaller fillings. I can feel anxious at the dentist, plus I suffer from chronic migraines and they are quite accommodating.
