I had the BEST experience at Bills today! Everyone was so friendly! The merchandise was perfect and you can’t beat the prices! I had a young gal work with me and she was so patient. I’m so indecisive when it comes to decorating! She didn’t care one bit! 10/10. I had a gentleman help me with my bedroom furniture and answered every question I had. Didn’t push anything extra on me! 10/10!! Honestly no joking a round here I won’t furniture shop anywhere else going forward. I have a whole house to furnish in the next few months! I can’t wait to go back!!

Great experience from start to finish.
Bill was great, let is wander and basically try every recliner until the right one was found. No pressure at all. He took our payment and set up delivery. The delivery driver's were incredible. They had no problem putting it upstairs where we wanted it. They plugged it in to test everything and were even a half hour early.
We appreciated everything and tipped em. They were professional and gracious.
We'll definitely be back to shop there again.

I really liked this gym. There was one woman that opened Saturdays that wasn’t great (late, didn’t always show up, etc), but that was my only complaint other than some TVs not working. All in all, the other staff was phenomenal and it was always clean with working equipment. I changed gyms and am in a contract or I’d be back there in a heartbeat.

I've been coming here close to six months - from my previous gym to this, has been a night and day difference. Great staff, great equipment - the environment is open and inviting and the equipment is in good shape and up-to-date. The sauna is great, and any issues they seem to take care of ASAP.
I have only two gripes.
1) it's a warehouse, so every noise echos horribly. A couple of sound dampeners on the walls would go a long way.
2) the guest pass is limited, making it difficult to pursuade and bring people who are thinking about joining.

Newer machines and clean. The reason I gave it only a four star is because the layout (machine placement) is not very intuitive. Muscle groups were all mixed together. They need to have certain areas separated. It almost seemed like they were gifted with a certain amount of equipment and not enough space for all of it so they just put units wherever they could with no rhyme or reason.

I did the 5 day free pass. The gym is really big, is a weird layout but I think makes it interesting! Not overly crowded and has way more machines than any other gym so I really like it. I am trying a few gyms around the area while I am moving, wasn’t sure what area I was going to live at so I didn’t want to tied myself to a membership yet. Sadly I won’t be living close by to this gym, if I don’t like other gyms then I might consider getting a membership here anyways😅. The only reason is 4 and no 5 stars is because some stuff is needing/waiting for repair (like the pool) and I don’t think this kind of stuff gets repaired easily and I like more when the sauna is gender separated or a big one for both, the sauna here is really hot which is good but too small for both genders to be in there! Besides that I really recommend and like this gym! So if you don’t care about a sauna or a pool this gym is 5 stars for you then!

This location is absolutely wonderful! The manager is fantastic and treats you like a real person, not just another member with a membership fee. The coaches are great and offer you alternatives even without being asked. There are no "cult" vibes, but rather a warm and welcoming environment for you to give your best, whatever that may be, that day!
