When I suddenly needed help getting my heater working again, I remembered seeing the "Fix it Frankie" trucks around Middleton. Their reviews were good so I set up an appointment and got a call back from Brandon within the hour. I was glad to hear that someone would be out later in the day.
John M. showed up early, and seemed eager to get to work. He found the problem and had it fixed pretty quickly all while having to expertly answer all of my dumb questions. John was a true professional and I had a great experience with the Fix it Frankie team. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Premiere is my go-to HVAC company. When I first bought my home and realized I needed service, I started going down the list of companies and quickly realized how much I didn't know about the system and it was frustrating getting conflicting repair recommendations and diagnoses. Most of the companies made it sound like I was in trouble and the fixes will be costly.... Then Premiere came out. My biggest mistake was not calling them first.
They took the time to educate me and go through the issues that were actually going on, and simply fixed it by replacing a couple small parts at a VERY fair price. No upselling, no pressure, just honest work.
In a time where many companies in town are getting bought out by larger groups focused on sales quotas and high-pressure tactics, it was refreshing to find a locally owned family business that values customers and reputation.

We had our furnace go out after coming back from the holidays. Greens Heating and Air scheduled us for that day with their on call Technician Troy. He showed up promptly at the promised time and was very knowledgeable in fixing the problem. He also had great customer skills and didn't just fix the problem and take off. He took the time to explain what caused the issue and ensure my questions were all answered which I greatly appreciated. Troy was a great technician to work with especially since this was an after hours call which I know is not fun. He still had a great attitude and customer service. Kudos to Troy. Thanks for getting our heater back up and running so we didn't have to spend the night by the space heater. Kudos to Greens for hiring great technicians! The fix was completed to a high level and the service was great! 5 stars!

Izzy’s Service LLC came out and did an incredibly thorough job servicing and deep cleaning our furnace. The technician was here for hours—not only because I talked his ear off 😄, but because he genuinely took the time to do things right. He showed us the wear on our unit, explained what was going on, and got it running as efficiently as possible so we can safely buy ourselves some time while we save for a replacement.
They went above and beyond by also draining our water heater and using a specialized tool to stir up and fully remove sediment from the bottom—something no one else has ever done for us before.
They provided clear quotes for the parts we’ll eventually need, walked us through options for new units when the time comes, and even offer financing, which we really appreciated. There was zero pressure—just honest information and options.
The owner himself came by, and we loved getting to know him. He’s a Christian, and his wife is a realtor—fun connection since I’m a realtor

They have EVERYTHING & some of THE cutest holiday decor I've seen. They get new stuff all the time so it's like a treasure hunt every time I walk in. Love Home Goods!

Awesome experience beginning to end! What amounted to a very major job they executed with such care, precision and good humor. Bruce worked with our needs and timeline and the crew that removed old flooring and replaced it with new hardscape were efficient and very careful. They even gave us numbers of people to come and move big dangerous furniture out and back in....so worth it! A crew of two being able to remove old carpet and hardscape and replace 90% of it in one day sounded impossible....nope! How they dealt with appliances was brilliant. They were so precise and careful reattaching baseboards that my touchup job was easy. Love the new floors and Bruce's crew. Thank you, Roger, too!
