My wife and I went here for their October fest event. They had a good selection of booths ranging from people that do custom board games and wood working to people that collect on selections of snacks. The highlight was the freeze dried pickles for me.
Additionally, that had the typically things you would find like antiques, collectibles, and books. All around, it was a good time.

They were very patient with me as I spent a great deal of time having them pull things out of cases for me to look at. I now have 5 new pieces for my collection and I plan to come back for more. Prices were great with a wide price range allowing someone to purchase a piece in any budget range. 5 stars, would recommend!

I had a great experience renting at United Rentals. I rented a scissor lift for a big job that would have been impossible without it. The price was fair, especially for the utility of the rental and how long I needed it. As usual, I severely underestimated the time the job would take, and the UR staff was very understanding, and allowed me to hang on to the equipment much longer than originally planned for. I also ended up having the equipment through a long holiday weekend, and was not charged for the holiday. I interacted with no less than 5 of their employees during this time, and every one of them was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I grinned when I first got there, because they had up a sign that said "The answer is yes. Now what's your question?" I grinned because I thought "Yeah right." Turns out, they lived up to that sign, and I will definitely be giving them repeat business!

My new husband and I had our very special day and wedding at The Foundry Event Center. Larry made sure we were satisfied with our plans and made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning to the very end of our evening. I looked at other venues and all boxes were checked off from the beauty of the venue to the excellent service provided. I would refer anyone here for business or personal life events. The workers always go above and beyond for everyone's special day and I always adore when I get a wedding booking from there. Producer here for an advertising and production company based in the KC Metro. We’ve used Topeka Social multiple times as of January 2026 for filming client commercials, and it has been a great experience every time.
While it functions as an event space, it is also a highly adaptable location with a team that understands and can accommodate full-scale production needs when a traditional soundstage is not required. The staff is wonderful to work with—Ashton is extremely organized and on top of every detail, and when she’s unavailable, her support team is equally responsive and helpful.
The convenience of the location is a major plus, including the ability to drive production trucks directly into the space for easy load-in and load-out regardless of weather. Our clients are able to have their own dedicated space while on set, which is always appreciated.
