Sig Samuels Dry Cleaners

I called Sig Samuels to ask about a special and very sensitive task for a friend's upcoming wedding. I spoke with Steve and gave him the situation and he and I decided the best next course of action would be to stop by and see what could be done. I stopped by the next day and we discussed the process and left the item in his care. Steve has been extremely communicative through the process, friendly, kind and helpful. This is an old-school establishment that has the kind of charm and customer service you just don’t see enough of anymore. The guys will greet you by name and are always attentive whether you’re dropping off or picking up dry cleaning. I actually get sad thinking about when I won’t live in VaHi anymore and will have to find a new dry cleaners. We love you, Sig Samuels! Staff is super friendly and helpful! They truly make Sig Samuel’s unique, I leave with a smile everytime! They are pretty quick and are ready to change when things will be clean depending on the event! The prices are quite average. When I get my dresses done they usually cost $15 each. I brought in a pretty intricate dress, and they did an amazing job! The attention to detail was excellent, and my dress came back looking perfect. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable, and the service is really friendly. I’ll definitely be bringing more of my clothes here!! Highly recommend! My boyfriend and I came in here to drop off some rare vintage art to be cleaned and inquire about some other pieces we had and the guys in there that I believe are the owners were so helpful and enthusiastic about what they do. I couldn’t really say the same about another female employee present that didn’t really greet us so kindly. We came in greeting her and I smiled at her greeting her back and she stared at me as if I had said something to offend her…Overall, we didn’t let this impact doing what we were doing. We still accomplished what needed to be accomplished. EDIT: Steve called me and asked if he could redo my dress. I appreciate them reaching out to fix it. They were able to get the oil spots out. They are very friendly and I appreciate the customer service. Disappointed with the service. I left my formal dress here to get dry cleaned and the one small spot was never cleaned (they even put a sticker on it to note there’s a stain) and there’s two additional oil spots on the front. It came back worse than when I dropped it off. EDIT: Steve called me and asked if he could redo my dress. I appreciate them reaching out to fix it. They were able to get the oil spots out. I have brought in a variety of clothing items with various stains (including wine & oil) and they all come back looking perfect. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable.
