I was very happy with my experience! For one this is my and my puppies first time ever going to get a groom! From the start Mandi was very nice, she took Indie in with open arms and indie already liked her. That made me feel better right away. going to the appointment I was already nervous and anxious letting my baby be in someone else’s care. My wall was let down immediately! When I was called that she was ready I heard nothing but amazing things about her time there!! They let her run around for a little, meet all the groomers, played with her, loved on her and took their time getting her used to the routine she will be taking on and I truly appreciate that. She was very HAPPY, beautiful, and smelled Amazing when I picked her up. I was recommended to the hairy sofa by a friend and I’m very thankful. My wish was that it would be a more authentic and genuine place that she goes to rather than a quick in and out deal. My expectations were surpassed. This is a life long experience for

It was my first time with mobile grooming, and it was recommended I not do it again. Here’s why. I figured a mobile groomer would be better for my old, tired 105-pound Akita since he wouldn’t be transported and have to wait however long in a crate. My dog has trouble walking and standing for even short periods of time. The groomer was on time, and it took us both to get my dog in the vehicle. He’s big, and the space is small. Part-way through, my dog lost the ability to stand. The groomer did her best and even de-shedded him. When she opened the door, fur billowed out of her vehicle like smoke from a burning home. We had to use a harness to get my dog back in the house. She said that from now on, I can bring him to their business, and they can make sure he doesn’t wait in a crate. That and there will be help on hand if they need it. I’m looking forward to it. I was apologetic, and the groomer was accommodating and understanding. I have been to multiple dentists in my life and have had traumatic experiences. This is the best place you could go to. It's very clean, organized, and has very nice equipment. All three dentists are kind and highly intelligent. The assisstants and hygenists can't be beat. Even the receptionists are courtious. The time they take to explain everything in detail and the treatments I received are life changing. I will never go anywhere else and I am referring all of my family members too. Amazing experiences, I highly recommend.
