Today my child had his appointment to get his braces on. The whole entire staff, Dr. Caswell, Dr. Tada todays assistant Ashley K. were so patient, and very encouraging and caring. They did an amazing job and treated my child with great care and did everything very safely. I highly recommend Caswell Orthodontic if you are looking for great orthodontic care. Absolutely love the staff, they seem to get along well together too and that’s a big plus. They make you feel that your child is in very good hands and always encourage positive words. Best optometrist i've ever had. Dr Kato is patient, understanding, and will listen to what you need. He didn't push me into any product and cared to hear about my lifestyle to fit a pair of contacts to it. The admin is extremely nice and friendly. And they never kept me waiting when I had acheduled time. Very respectful and professional! Would recommend!

I had pain in my left eye and they scheduled me for a same day appointment. Good luck with that at other places. When I had pain and irritatation in my eye a few weeks before this. I called Honolulu Eye Clinic and they would'nt even give me an appointment the same day. Even though I told them it was really bothering me. Eyesight Hawai is definitely my new go to eye clinic. Dr. Olkowski was was very helpful and gave me a prescription for eye drops.

I had some issues with my lenses on my new glasses not being perfect, and Dr Jones and his team helped me get them replaced for free.

Awesome cozy clinic. Went in for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. The staff was quick with check-in and was seen promptly. Doctor was very thorough, friendly, and patient. It did not feel rushed at all. Definitely recommend and will be back for yearly exams here.
