On her first visit to our house, Lori walked in and immediately started providing ideas that we would never have been able to see on our own. Once Lori started sharing her thoughts, we were blown away. It all just made sense. I had a problem with the mini-split installed in my garage last July. I called in February and a service person came the next day. He was here a couple of hours and completely resolved the issue. The mini-split is now working like a charm. If you choose to install a mini-split, I recommend you ask for education on how to operate the remote and ensure the system works properly.

The employees they have are always polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is sometimes the price of things, but I guess everything is expensive these days.

Would recommend to everyone. Entire process was very professional. Called for an estimate on an A/C unit and the estimator was there within 2 days. The cost was very competitive (in fact, much lower than another estimate I got.) Installation took place 2 days later. The installers certainly knew what they were doing. Clean up took place efficiently. Can't wait til it heats up so I can turn the unit on.
