You get an appointment card in the mail and I usually call to reschedule to a more convenient time which is never a problem. You get a reminder call the day before and then a call when the guy is on the way. Appointment is smooth and informative. Great job.

After our main heating unit shut down, the week before Christmas, Bolls came to the rescue with a brilliant alternative house heating solution until we were able to complete arrangements for new heat unit installs. When this recent winter storm hit and we were able to test the operational integrity of the installation... it did not disappoint!! My family and I are beyond thrilled and pleased at how well the new units are performing at the most consistent functionality. We have never had the heat to distribute so evenly throughout the house. I am beyond impressed! This is the most comfortable I have ever felt as it balances itself out day and night. To Nick, Jace, Brian, Zelo and Jessica, thank you for the care and professionalism you showed when dealing with me and my family during a very stressful time in our lives. I am grateful. One Hour Heating & Cooling was very easy to work with throughout the entire purchase and installation processes. I would highly recommend this organization for future HVAC needs!! One Hour replaced both the furnace and air conditioner units in less than 6 hours and left the house as clean as it was upon arrival. The agreed to price was very reasonable and great financing options were made available at time of purchase. It could not have gone any smoother.

While they were in my ceiling they found an issue with my bathroom vent and immediately notified me and fixed it. I am so grateful for their efficiency and customer service. Our recent project went smoothly. MacKenzie, our sales person, thoroughly explained the product, process, and what to expect. She responded quickly to all questions about products and the process. She visited a second time when we had follow up questions. She brought a sample window and explained the features and benefits of replacing our 30+ year old wood windows. Vern, our lead installer, likewise did a great job. He answered a few questions and was very knowledgeable. He was mindful of our new wood floors and put drop cloths down in the area he was working on inside. Overall, we had 11 rough openings (24 windows) to be replaced with the installation finished after day 3. The end result is nearly a finished project. The only thing left for us to complete is some small finishing work around the inside window trim. This was a result of the finishing nail holes and small splits around the window trim from the inside jamb installation. This process was overall a good combinatio

Allie & Alberto are amazing! Allie was so helpful in educating me about different backsplash options and materials. Alberto was very meticulous and detail oriented when installing our kitchen backsplash. Marble tiles are very difficult to work with but Alberto nailed it. It’s really taken our kitchen to the next level. So many compliments already. We will definitely be using Indiana Home Remodel in the future! Can’t recommend them enough.

Josh was wonderful, my wife did everything to try and fix this herself. A new thermal coupler and gas valve and still nothing, ended up being a blown fuse. I was going to do a 4 star bcus he didn’t have the fuse for my Rheem water heater however, he stated this company doesn’t allow them to carry this part and must be ordered as needed. Bcus he was so helpful and so knowledgeable im rating them 5 star. My wife was able to rig the fuse temporarily and waiting on the part to replace the rigged one. Mr.water heater should be very grateful to have him representing their company.

I’ve gotten my hair done here twice by miss madelyn. She is the absolute best she has come in on her day off for me when i needed it and stayed hours into the night to finish my hair because she genuinely loves what she does and wants you happy!!! , She always gives me exactly what i ask for, if you’ve ever felt like you have left a solon not feeling like ur not blonde enough or the tone you want she will change that! I’ve never left disappointed or like it wasn’t worth the money which in general is great prices + i still have healthy hair after alll that bleach haha . The whole staff there as well is super accommodating and will help each other and you! I remember i had a couple girls blow drying my hair (i have a lot) and it was such a fun experience. The women in charge are also so cool and present at their business and answer any questions you or their staff have, It’s a beautiful studio with great women who do great hair! so yes book the appointment!!
