Someone could have been sent that afternoon, but we needed to be out, so Ahmed came in the morning. We will not hesitate to use Appliance Fix Experts again. We are so thankful that William was able to make time for a same day service call on a Saturday. I called multiple service providers and he is the only one that returned my call on a Saturday. He was informative and explained the issue and repair process. He returned the next day to complete the repairs. During his visit he also addressed issues we were having with our stove. I would recommend William at AP1 because of his timeliness of response, efficiency of repairs and he is a great communicator.

I asked Salma if she had the vehicle I was looking for, she did. She asked if I wanted to test drive it, I did. After test driving I told her I had another dealership to check out. Safe to say that Auto Motors had the cleanest vehicle and Salma made the process simple. I had a slight issue with my vehicle but the service team and management was quick to fix my issue.
