Staff is incredibly kind. Chocolate cupcake was a huge surprise, couldn’t stop eating it. We got a raisin pie. My car had issues dying randomly for months. 2 other repair shops couldn't figure it out. Took to ATS Automotive and Andrew couldn't get it to act up so he asked if I could come out and try. Within a few minutes, he had it figured out. It, luckily, was a super easy fix. Anyways, their care and amazing customer service and beyond reasonable pricing is unmatched! 10/10 recommend this amazing Automotive shop!!

Everyone here is so nice and they are VERY fair. I was 3 hours in to a 4 hour drive for work and my check engine light came on. The guys at Auto Zone referred me here after everyone else we called would either charge me way too much to even do the diagnostic or wouldn’t be able to get me in until the end of the week. J Street got me in right away. As soon as I came in, they pulled the car in and started work. They told me the price ahead of time and even though it took much longer than expected, they honored it. They let me sit in the garage since I had no where to go and were very kind the whole time. Excellent service. Got me back on the road as quickly as they could and did a wonderful job with the repair. I could not be more thankful. If I ever need work done in Iowa, I would go here every time.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I received exceptional service and want to let others know. I needed struts replaced for all 4 wheels on my Accord. They were able to get us taken care of quickly and were honest enough to let me know they didn’t need all the parts quoted, that saved me $500. I don’t think that would have been the case everywhere we could have gone.
We will continue to visit as needed, as well as let others know of our respect and appreciation for honesty and work done well at a reasonable cost compared to others.
