The overall business is also structured well, with a convenient web portal for managing schedules, payments, and related content. Ken’s is best. They are upfront with cost, time, and extremely efficient. In addition, Ken’s has an amazing crew to work with you and don’t push anything extra on you. I have been in twice over the last 2 weeks (my fault) and both times they were able to get me in same day and even offer a shuttle service so you don’t have to uber. I have NEVER felt more taken care of at any auto shop and highly recommend them and won’t go anywhere else. Special thanks to Matt for putting me at ease when I was convinced I was going to need a new car. Ya’ll are the best and I appreciate you!

Very pleased with my experience. Had my vehicle towed to Ellis as my AC and radiator fan was not functioning. When the tow truck driver dropped the vehicle off the lift, he was driving it to a parking spot and noticed the AC was functioning again. At my request, the shop checked all the connections and spent some time looking for any issues. They found nothing wrong. NO CHARGE! Most shops will still go out if there way to find (or fabricate) something that can charge you for. A pleasant experience to deal with an honest auto repair shop. Most of their reviews reflect this. Highly recommend these guys.

Had to have my whole turbo replaced on my beetle and Johnny and Justin (idk who else worked on the car!) were so helpful and were able to get the price of the repair down $1000 from what the dealership quoted me. Repair was done in a very timely manner. As a woman coming to get my car worked on they didn’t oversell and didn’t talk down to me which is very rare for an auto shop. Very professional and transparent. They were able to get me in the day I called and the day after were already at work on it. They answered all my phone calls and all my questions and were communicative throughout the whole process. Great shop, will be back with any other needs.

I had never had a sound bath or a tarot card reading so this was super exciting for both my hubby and I! We didn't know what to expect but it was definitely a very spiritual and positive experience!
Diana's tarot card reading left me very emotional since she made me realize how much of what she said was what I needed to hear. The best first reading I can ever ask for.
Sound bath was really relaxing for someone who has anxiety, I truly felt such a relief mentally and of course the massage was great that Emma was able to get some of my tension and knots out of my shoulder and also be most careful with me since I have had breast cancer.
I will definitely be back since I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, friendliness and the knowledge of everyone at Aura. My girlfriends and I were looking at a group sound bath session so I can't wait to come back for more classes!
