We used Reliable Plumbing to replace our water heater in our new home. The technicians were very informative and respectful, and they got the job done quickly. They got the new water heater up to code and repaired some unrelated minor leaks while they were here. I try to do most everything that needs done around the house myself. I dread calling in a company and people that I don't know anything about. But, I am getting old and must admit limitations. I took a chance on Reliable Plumbing. The fellow they sent was named Jacob Henderson.....and we couldn't have hit it off better. The job required 2 service calls and I asked for them to send Jacob for sure the second time out. This guy works hard....and I know what really hard work is. It hit my wallet hard and yes, I wish it had been a little less expensive. But, all work like this is expensive...so, if I need Plumbing services in the future, I will call Reliable Plumbing to do the work. I hit it lucky to have gotten a trustworthy company and a very dependable and honest worker. I admit that I am a stickler. Even a pain to work for. My washing machine drainage was backing up. When Reliable came out they located a cracked pipe that needed replacing and because it was still draining slowly they ran the snake to clear up the passage. Now it is glowing perfectly!! Joesph arrived on time, worked without a break to remove twelve (12) 33 year old faucet/toilet supply valves and supply lines and an outside hose bib faucet. He was always careful not to damage our new flooring and hkept a clean work area. Great job!! Reliable plumbing is a solid family owners plumbing service who is dependable and knowledgeable. Our back flow pump began to leak after the freeze. We provided photos of the pump before the appointment which allowed Reliable plumbing the ability to bring the correct replacement pump. They welcomed this information which allowed them be efficient as oppose to takin time away from the visit to go purchase the part. Ron Fairchild was able to explain why the leak occurred and why replacement was necessary. Weeks later we had a clogged kitchen sink and dishwasher that would not empty its excess water. He was able to diagnose the problem and clear out the blockage. We appreciate the professional services and highly recommend in Baton Rouge, LA. We called the company for help with a leaking kitchen faucet and installment of the garbage disposal. Dalton Andrepont arrived in the morning the day after Thanksgiving. First our toilet broke and then our water heater quit working a couple of days later! Joseph Charleville replaced our toilet and Levi Michelli replaced our water heater. Both were excellent.
