Over the years I have had occasion to use the service of cell phone repair shops, however this one, from start to finish, beat them all. The last place I went to, a few years ago, only had one person working and I had to wait for several minutes while he worked in the back, answering the phone, etc. In contrast, there was someone (Alicia) in the front specifically there to quickly see the customer, assess the problem, fill out the paperwork and let me know when I could pick up my phone. Alicia was very friendly, attentive, and someone a business would like to have working in the front. I never met the gentleman in the back, but he did a great job replacing the screen on my Samsung S23 and it was done in less than 2 hours just like Alicia said it would be. I highly recommend this business.
