I had been looking for dental care that felt personal instead of rushed. I first visited the uptown location for teeth whitening and remembered how warm and engaged the staff was, so I decided to book my annual cleaning at Smile House on Warren St. From the first phone call, I knew I made the right choice. Cody walked me through everything with patience and care, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled within a few weeks. When I arrived, the experience started right away. The lobby looks and feels like a spa. I checked in, was offered drinks, and even got a tour of the space. It was the warmest welcome I have ever had at any dental office. We then did digital scans and X rays using technology that creates a detailed 3D model of your mouth. It even uses AI to highlight areas that need a closer look. Mariel walked me through those images in a way that finally made sense. I have never had anyone explain my dental health with that level of clarity. The dental chair even had a bui

I knew by just the care and attention to detail put into designing the office, that Smile House would have an overall detailed and precise approach to dentistry. Not only is the entire staff and Dr. Levine himself so kind and welcoming, the work that they do is very thorough and educational to your own oral health. I’ve already had a few appointments including the mouth mapping, fillings, and a cleaning. Mouth mapping is a great start because it takes an overall comprehensive look at your mouth with intelligent scans and tests for preventative and proactive treatment plans. They said the name was intentional, Smile House, so that you feel at home and never want to leave. They did just that! I’m so happy to have found my new dental family in New York! Definitely recommend!

This has been the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and the space is warm and inviting. I appreciate how cared for you feel and how thorough the mouth mapping is. You leave having a lot of insight about your oral health and empowered to maintain at home. Absolutely love this place.
