We are your local Kombucha Brewery! We brew this amazing fermented tea that is rich in probiotics. Our kombucha is carbonated and made with organic ingredients such as ginger, mint, and various fruits and veggies. We have also launched our new brand, Black Label Booch. This is Alaska’s first locally made hard kombucha. Come on down to our taproom to sample our multiple kombucha, hard kombucha, house made beer and hard seltzer flavors. Can’t decide on just one? We have flights available. Bring your growlers down to keep stocked up on your favorites. You can find our kombucha in cans at restaurants and grocery stores in Anchorage and the surrounding area. Must me 21 to enjoy our brewery, please drink responsibly.

Amazing flavors for anything you want, even including hard kombucha and hard seltzer. Jennifer was awesome in helping us narrow down what we wanted, there's such a variety. There's even a nice bike rack out front!

I wasn’t sure about this kombucha stuff. I had never tried it before and was honestly kind of scared, but dang! I’m glad I finally tried it and started here. I had the Jack’s Back pumpkin spice flavored kombucha and it was phenomenal! I’ll be back to try some more flavors!
