We arrived for an 7am couples massage and no one answered our texts or calls to enter. Hopefully we can get a refund without any hassle. Poor customer service Zero Gravity. UPDATE: I GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. I WAS CONTACTED BY THE OWNER. THE SITUATION WAS MADE RIGHT TO OUR SATISFACTION. ABOVE ALL WE RECEIVED A SINCERE APOLOGY AND AN EXPLANATION FOR THE INCIDENT. I had my first massage at Zero Gravity Massage and it was such a relaxing experience. You’re placed in a private suite where the zero-gravity chair fully massages your entire body, making it easy to completely unwind. The setup is seamless and comfortable, and I loved knowing that help was always available with just a quick call or text if needed. It felt peaceful, convenient, and very well thought out. Definitely something I’ll be doing again.

My husband and I just did the Zero Gravity Couples Massage, and it was AMAZING. At first, I was a little nervous because there’s no staff on site, but the entire process was as painless and smooth as possible. Everything was easy, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. We honestly felt like there were multiple people working on us at once. There was no waiting for a therapist to move to another area of the body, and the pressure and techniques were steady, consistent, and perfectly balanced the entire time. (Plus we could change the intensity and positioning if needed) The zero-gravity experience made everything feel effortless and deeply relaxing. The room itself was tucked away in a quiet, not-busy location, which we absolutely loved because it added to the calm and private feel. The ambiance and setup truly set the mood and made the whole experience even better. This was hands-down one of the best massage experiences we’ve had, and we can’t wait to come back again. HIGHLY R
