Karen Van Gilder, 500-RYT has been practicing yoga for close to 20 years. Through yoga Karen overcame a severe injury and nerve damage and exceeded western medical expectations without surgery or further intervention. She believes very strongly that the benefits of yoga or for everybody works to hold the door open for any who choose to walk through it. Yoga and meditation are guided not dictated, classes are small, and cater to both the beginner and the long-haul practitioner. The why of yoga is explored in every class and a brief centering and meditation are offered even at the lunchtime yoga.
