I LOVE this org!!! Every time I go to an event I leave with a new friend. I’ve done rooftop sunset yoga and stayed for the full social hour after. Did puppy yoga with adoptable puppies and OMG how perfect. I love how they have NA options and a huge variety of classes! If you’re on the fence, GOOOOOO

This is a beautiful community that I have watched evolve over the last 3.5 years. It is so unique in the way that it offers support to people who have like minded consciousness around health, while also supporting amazing businesses that are also about the people.As the sound practitioner that has served and supported the organization it has been with deep honor and privilege that I have been able to meet such incredible, heart centered people on my journey here. It is a space where everyone is welcomed! All walks of life, people going through so many different struggles and challenges coming to lift each other up. Truly I am grateful to be part of this community.
