For all stiff-bodied, inflexible people who are hesitant to start yoga or do group fitness, please rethink that and join Yoga ST8. While I love group classes, I joined as someone whose stiffness actively affected my day to day, and almost 100 classes in, I can honestly say my quality of life is noticeablely lower without Yoga ST8. I've only ever been here, but can't imagine there's a better yoga studio in Louisville. I am fairly new to this yoga studio. The staff are all very helpful, kind, and great sense of humor. Each class has been creative and fulfilling both physically and mentally. Very nice facilities such as showers and aftercare products (deodorant, hair dryers, towels,). They even have a basket of items to borrow in case you forgot something (i.e. a shirt, etc)! It's a wash and bring back next time policy 🥰 I don't have my own mat but they provide for free if needed so I don't feel out of place. I have been going here ever since I moved to Louisville for residency. I have the dual membership at both the yoga studio and the cycle studio and it’s such a dream come true. I booked a class at The YOGAST8 for my friend’s bachelorette trip, and it was such a great experience! I tried calling a few times with no luck, but they were super responsive over email—definitely recommend reaching out that way. Once we connected, the booking process was simple and smooth for our group. The studio itself is amazing—the heat was no joke and the class was perfect for both experienced yogis and beginners in our group. Our instructor was incredible—so encouraging, energetic, and never singled anyone out. The class was full, and you could tell how loved the studio is. They provided everything we needed: mats, blocks, sweat towels, and even a cold washcloth at the end (such a treat!). We would 100% come back and do it all over again! Read more
