I started coming to Bend and Zen in 2015 when they opened their doors and have been a loyal customer ever since. I moved away for several years to finish college and I really struggled with finding a studio even as close as good as this one. After I graduated and could move back to Louisville, I was most excited to come back home to this place. It’s truly amazing. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive and the studio itself is clean and beautiful. I'm newer to the yoga community but with their help I was able to pick classes that were perfect for me. They helped guide me through the class and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time.
