Y4E is such an incredibly beautiful community of humans. My daughter and I just completed the New Year Full Moon Sound bath (and Candlelight New Year sound bath the day before) and loved every minute of it. We were able to burn off what doesn’t serve us from 2025 and now have set meaningful intentions for 2026 and we look forward to new beginnings. Jean and Ingrid are amazing

I’m not usually someone who gravitates toward holistic or wellness-focused places, and yoga has always been something I felt pretty neutral about. My doctor recommended I try it again, so I took a class here. The environment is incredibly welcoming, relaxed, and respectful of everyone’s backgrounds, abilities, and limitations. The studio is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully run. The instructor was kind and grounded and good at verbalizing her exact body placement suggestions which was extremely helpful for someone who tends to get left behind (me). My only note is that the bare walls in the studio sometimes create some echo, which can make hearing cues tricky. A few sound-absorbing additions, like wall hangings or acoustic panels, could make a big difference. Overall I would highly recommend this studio.
