This was my first time using Woolley. I got two boilers maintained, for two one pipe steam heat systems, in preparation for the winter. The price was great. Avery was punctual. He arrived at 8am. He performed the work and provided some tips on how regularly I should be bleeding the units and the correct way to refill them with water since the lines are connected to the water heater. He also gave me some recommendations for some other repairs that need to be done and informed me of some state laws that I wasn’t aware of. I appreciate all that he did. Our furnace shutdown at 6 PM on Thursday evening. I called Woolley and left a message with the call taker. At 7:10 AM, on Friday morning, Woolley called me. Around 8:30 AM, Woolley called to advise that Art would arrive momentarily. Art arrived minutes later. Within moments, Art diagnosed the problems and explained an action plan. Art did some investigation and found that the necessary parts may be under warranty and that Woolley would likely have the parts TODAY and that there would likely be NO CHARGE for the parts. Art then further explained that he would be back later today to install the parts. Before Art left to do other jobs, he fully explained the costs for today’s repair and the benefits of joining Woolley’s membership plan. It is my opinion that Art is completely competent and fully credible. After today’s repair is complete, we will join the membership plan and ask Art to return for additional work.
