My experience at The Woof Wash today was exceptional. I would like to commend Margaux and her team for their outstanding care of my two senior dogs. They listened to my concerns, were kind, considerate, and really took the time to attend to each of the dogs specific needs. The dogs looked amazing afterward and were happy to hang out and say hi to everyone instead of trying to bolt out the door upon my return. This Essex Street business is under new ownership and I think will be in very high demand as its reputation grows. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I highly recommend their services!

I have a very sweet but high energy/anxious pup that struggles at the groomer. We brought her to the Woof Wash and they were awesome. She was scared upon arrival, Margaux was patient and did her best to calm her before I left. Nydia and Emily were also great, a team of dog people. They took their time to ease her into everything and make her comfortable with them while giving frequent updates on how she was doing for her first session.The pricing is standard if not lower than previous groomers I've used, they offer different packages depending on what your dog needs and are up front about potential costs.The cut looks great, she smells great but the attentiveness and care she received combined with the communication I received is what will bring us back.

I brought in my newly adopted ,skittish 8 month old dog to Woof Wash last week. They were absolutely amazing with her! They were so gentle, loving and kind towards her. They paid close attention to her body language so they knew when they could proceed with her grooming and when to stop and give her a moment to decompress. Emily did such a fantastic job grooming Sasha! She smells amazing and looks absolutely beautiful! Her coat looks and feels so soft! Margoux, the owner is so knowledgeable! She spent so much time with me answering all my questions regarding the groom and about what I can do to help ease my dog’s transition.I can’t recommend them enough!

If you have a senior dog who is testy, anxious and hard to groom, GET TO THE WOOF WASH! Newly outfitted space with owner and groomers who know their stuff. The attention to detail is SECOND TO NONE. Modern system for messaging, special account notes and appts is used (love it), the kennels are comforting and they know when the dogs need a break. For senior dogs they also adjust services for physical limitations.We brought our dog with LOTS of warnings and they listened, invited him to come in a quiet day and loved him like we do at home: NOY EASY. I am amazed that our dog made it through his first bath and not only did he NOT bite, but he left with a cute little bandana AND WAS HAPPY! I cannot sing the praises of this place any louder. Tell them your needs, ask for their advice and watch your dog flourish and smell amazing. Book online but go meet them in person to see how special they are here.

We LOVE this groomer for our mini poodle, Bear.Margaux, the owner, is always friendly and explains each package so that we know exactly what we’re getting. Emily, the groomer, does such a good job, and Bear comes out looking fantastic every time. Emily had even suggested cuts for him that we weren’t thinking about, and it has looked great every time! We were using another groomer in Malden for a while which had a much higher price point and wasn’t as transparent as to what we were going to get in the grooming package. It was also much less individualized, and we feel like we hit the jackpot at the Woof Wash! We would give it more than 5 stars if possible! I can’t recommend this place enough!! Margo and Steve did a tremendous job with my very old and temperamental senior German Shepherd dog . Absolutely amazing experience! I couldn’t be happier with the calming care service and attention my dog Louie received here. Emily and Margaux were extremely kind, patient, and professional. Louie has had far to many poor experiences with groomers for a 1 year old puppy and I was about to give up and attempt to do it at home until i found the Woof Wash and saw they offered calm care services!! Louie got the attention he needed during the groom, multiple breaks to get off the table reset and know his feelings were seen, and tons of treats along the way to make him feel comfortable. He went in with an uneven haircut from a previous groomer and being reactive and came home with a perfect cut wagging his tail and being the happiest boy which is very unlike him for spending a day at the groomers. Emily, the groomer, was incredibly kind and gentle, Ila, our schnauzer, got so much love and attention (and plenty of pets!) that she almost didnt want to leave!
