Let me begin by saying my windows look awesome!! And by the looks of what was dug out of the gutters, they too are probably good too but won’t know for sure until we have a soaking rain. We paid $636 for both windows and gutters. What i didn’t know or understood was when i would point out spots not removed, I was told I didn’t purchase the “ultimate” pkg. what? You can’t remove a spot on the inside because I didn’t pay for that?? And the screens were just wiped off. Not scrubbed. Also, we had to clean up the mess of the gutter clean out. So for $636 keep in mind what you’re getting and not getting. Let me add they arrived when they said they would, very nice men and ask me to point out anything I was not happy about. Tony came out to give me an estimate for window cleaning and I ended up getting a great education about how clean windows and a clean roof can help save home energy costs. I didn't realize the algae on the roof was not only diminishing the life of my roof, but it was contributing to my energy expenses. When the roof (and windows) are clean, they can reflect light better and help your HVAC system not have to work as hard. So, the first job I requested was roof cleaning - and they did a great job!
