Can I say how impressed and grateful I am for their exceptional customer service. Their computer system messed up and didn't notify them of my husband's order for me. He called and they rushed to make sure I got it before I left work. Well, it wasn't exactly like how it was supposed to be. They reached out and apologized for everything. So many companies now do not. The apology was enough for me but they then went above and beyond and sent me an apology arrangement.

We had an unexpected death in our immediate family and Willams Florist, via a telephone call, helped craft a personalized large wreath at 4:45 pm on a Friday night. We ordered a couple of nice arrangements from here recently. They did a masterful job of selecting flowers for them. One was for 18 long-stem roses for pickup, and the other was delivered to our church. The florists were very nice. The arrangements were both quite pricey, but probably no more expensive than anywhere else. I’m sure we’ll use them again as needed.

I used Williams for a cascading wedding bouquet. I brought in a reference photo and they did an amazing job matching it! The order was pretty short notice (2 weeks), so I was surprised that they were able to get it done so well. The bouquet was exactly what I wanted and the price was reasonable. I dried the bouquet after the wedding, and I have it preserved on my wall. I definitely would recommend this florist.
