My furnace went out and Wickstrom sent Carter over, he diagnosed the problem quickly and gave several options on repairs, he got it fixed and it’s working better than it ever has! Also had a toilet that was causing problems and they sent out Colton to make the repairs, he ended up replacing it with a new chair height toilet! He also did a full service on my water, replaced the anode rod and a blown expansion tank! Thank you Wickstrom for sending such amazing technicians over to take care of me, I’ll be using them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs!

I was referred to Wickstrom through a Facebook neighborhood page when we had a toilet back up. I called and to my surprise they were running some great promos! I was able to schedule service for the next day from 9-12pm. I received a call day of and was told my tech was available sooner. For anyone who has a backed up toilet, sooner than later is a blessing. Farris came with his orange booties and Wickstrom floor mat and saved the day! He was very knowledgeable, explained in detail different scenarios we could expect, and gave us advice on different products we could use to make sure our pipes were working well! We not only unclogged the toilet but he also went outside to make sure it was clearing to the sewage line. I highly suggest this company for your plumbing needs and if it’s a drainage issue, definitely ask for Farris!

The whole team was wonderful to work with! From Rochelle and Mary Ann on the phone to the technicians Colton and Chris. The process of consultation to scheduling a service was quick and easy. They replaced our tankless water heater in a tight space with certainly not the most ideal conditions. They were very communicative about how we'd need to adapt to make it work. The fellas were very personable and gave wonderful customer service in home. As a woman alone in the house they were very respectful and I felt safe, which is alway a priority. We have had excellent service with Wickstrom. The latest was replacing faulty (prior install not by Wickstrom) shut off valves throughout the home. Connor did an excellent job, was thorough, and kept us informed throughout. Two of the old valves leaked and we were happy they were caught in the inspection.

We needed to have our whole house re-piped. After getting bids from 3 different companies we went with Wickstrom. They were more expensive, but they also found a lot of issues that the other companies did not - like the fact that our outside hose bibs were connected to our softened water, and where the source of a leak was that the other companies couldn't find. Chris and Jake were extremely knowledgeable, worked hard and appeared to be great mentors to Joe. We felt well taken care of and like we were getting more than what we paid for.
