We had a great experience with Alan and his team. They were able to do things that our previous Realtor couldn’t. Starting by using their Fix it Now Pay Later Program. They were able to replace our roof and not pay anything till closing. Furthermore, the negotiation strategies were on par with market demand and he was able to get us multiple offers and close quickly. Would definitely recommend to anybody out there looking to sell that needs an expert marketing, negotiations and great resources for sellers!
