I’ve had an issue with my Central Air system and my old installer is no longer in business. I had a friend recommend Whalen & Ives. I am completely satisfied with their services. Prompt, Knowledgeable, Courteous and Professional !! Not easy qualities to find these days. They handled my issue and have been more than fair with their rates. If you’re having an issue just give these guys a call. Thanks guys for keeping us cool!!

UPDATED REVIEW: W&I did make things right after a bit of consternation. I would have updated the review to 4 stars but I found out that the review goes in the file of the tech who comes out to you and Chris went above and beyond, both at the original call and today by staying late to make sure that we did not go another night without heat. There are definitely some large bumps in the road that are being dealt with during this transitional period and I hope that they are ironed out so that the company does not implode. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let's start with the good. The technician Chris B who actually came out is excellent. The problem is with the company and the office. First of all, Steve in the office hung up on my husband when he was asking for assistance because they will not properly deal with a warranty claim on a covered hvac system. Also, apparently there is a huge problem with the new system that the company is using. It was rolled out a week ago, and literally half of the tim
