As a new customer, I was also very impressed that they were able to see me within a week. Brandon and Sway spent the entire day taking care of new lighting for a bathroom remodel and in my office. When I first saw the 5 stars with 200+ reviews I thought it was too good to be true. The five stars were definitely well earned though. The whole crew was fantastic from start to finish. They were polite, worked hard even through the heat, and got the job done. If there are any electrical needs that come up in the future I'll be calling them first. Now my wife has a getaway from the madness of me and the kids 😁

Oh my goodness what a crew. Jesse, Josh and Statten did the work three other electricians could not do. We have an old houseboat that has had electrical problems since we purchased it. They are well insured, which was the problem with one of the first we looked into. They were willing, which was the problem with another, They were professional and the day they came out; I thought they were going to just have a look and see if they could work on a houseboat but they actually stayed and got the power back on. They worked an hour and a half past their normal hours but got us finished. I am so pleased. Jesse also answered every call I placed and worked to get here even though it was at the lake. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend and I’d choose to work with them again in the future. I wanted an inspection done of some wiring I installed myself, an install of a new switch, and a wiring change on some light controls. I called a few places and their prices were very competitive. They were able to schedule and finish the service call within a week, and were on time and great to work with. They answered all of my questions clearly and made sure that the existing and new dimmer switches matched exactly, and they cleaned up really well after they were done.

10 stars if I could leave it! Brandon from Watt’s the Problem is absolutely amazing. We had another company out to assess our issue and said “they can’t find it, have to rewire 25% of the house…for a large sum of money”. Next day Brandon came by at 6pm on a Friday and found the problem in less than 30 min. Truly great customer service all around and highly recommend!!!

I had a mostly positive experience with Watt's the Problem?. The team was punctual, polite, professional, and respectful of my space. They worked with my schedule and even cleaned up thoroughly after the job—something I really appreciate. However, I did notice the mount is not level, and some drywall was cracked during installation it didn’t affect the function but was disappointing. Update:The guys from Watt's the Problem? came out and corrected an unlevel mount from a previous visit. I really appreciate the prompt follow-up and great customer service. It’s clear they care about doing the job right and making sure the customer is satisfied.

I had been looking for a electrician that could tackle a pretty large chandelier in our foyer that has 18 ft ceilings. After numerous dead-ends, I stumbled across Jesse. His crew is exceptional, with such ease they installed a 10 ft fixture within hour and a half. They are efficient and Jesse is a true professional. He followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied the next day. Not to many contractors exude that type of professional anymore, once again Jesse thank you for the amazing service!

After placing several calls, two electricians, and nobody returned my call, except for this company, so I was already very impressed. However, it was the team of three guys all very polite and all very knowledgeable. They installed three ring cameras for me, and fixed some bad wiring on a porch light the price was very fair. I also have a house in Jacksonville, Florida, and I wish these guys at an office out there too. Seriously I just can’t say enough about how fair and professional this company is.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Chris and his team showed up promptly which is almost unheard of these days. They stayed as late as needed to get the job done! When I walked in this morning I didn’t know what to expect. Other jobs I’ve had done were left messy. You couldn’t even tell they had been in my building! Their work is pristine! I can’t recommend them enough! If you need anything electrical done call them immediately!

Watt’s the Problem just completed a full, whole house rewire to address unsafe conditions in a tenant occupied property. Their work is super clean, did a great job without damaging any sheetrock or inconveniencing the tenant. Highly recommend
