We have been using Wag hotels for a long time, even when they were in their previous location. This time, when I dropped off my dog, one of the people at the desk suddenly jumped out and started petting my dog, recognizing her from a long time. We have been loyal customers of Wag Hotels for probably the last five years, and every time we go there, our dog feels at home because people like that person who petted her. He recognized her and was happy to see her again.
