They are a normal sized jewelry store in Kearny which is a good 35-45 minutes away. Regardless I am going to take that drive every time I am in need of jewelry. Highly recommended!!!

I come here every time I need to buy a gift for someone or for cleaning/fixing jewelry. My family and I have been coming to this place for years. The prices are great, compared to other places. Depending on what is going on, sometimes they will fix and clean whatever I bring in on the spot. Most of the time, it takes about a week. If I have any questions or need help picking out something, they are always glad to help.

The store itself is great, the people are knowledgeable and I have never had a bad experience there. My son recently got engaged and he was giving his Great Grandmothers wedding ring to the girl. We had it sized and they cleaned the ring up like it was brand new. All my life I never saw that ring look so beautiful. My only gripe with the store is it is never open when they say they are open. I always look on google and it says they are open so I go there and they are always closed. I recently had some work done there on two other pieces of jewelry and was told to come on that Wednesday to pick up. I went on Wednesday, twice, once in the morning and once in mid afternoon, they were closed. I had to wait until the following week to get my things. Same thing today, I needed something fixed and looked to see when they were going to open, I went about an hour after they were suppose to open and the gates were closed. I think this place is fantastic but I am going to be forced to look for a

The stone on my fiancé's ring became loose. The staff are very knowledgeable and offered me different solutions. They replaced the 4 prongs to 6 and the ring looks more beautiful than ever! They did a wonderful job and within a day. I definitely recommend this place because I have never had a bad experience.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at all with VRAI.I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring in January 2024, proposed in February and now it being September, we have had to get her ring repaired 3 separate times! Each repair took 3+ weeks and the final repair we got with a different jeweler because of the lack of confidence we had with VRAI. Anytime someone wanted to see her ring and it was being repaired - it was always embarrassing to have to explain what happened. Definitely NOT how you want the celebration of your engagement year to go.The platinum band bent out of shape each time which caused the diamonds on the band to fall out. (I can assure you she was not doing anything strenuous while wearing it - she was very careful and aware to not do so)The customer service team was very nice however put us through the same routine each time and when I asked for it to be escalated up they did not do so.They even admitted that the first time they repaired the ring it was not r
