My Tissot is perfect for everyday wear, at 40mm, a slim case height of 11mm, a raised scratch resistant sapphire crystal and even 100m of water resistance! Its stainless steel finish is clean, classy and durable. The watch also features a convenient 2 button butterfly clasp. Aside from the attractive intergraded bracelet, this watch's best feature is the transparent case back, showcasing the Powermatic 80 (ETA CO7.111) movement with an 80h power reserve! I had an excellent experience working with this diamond shop on a custom engagement ring. They followed all of my specifications perfectly and were incredibly patient through multiple redesigns and revisions. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they were efficient without ever making me feel rushed.They were also very accommodating in allowing me to use an outside diamond, and they handled a highly detailed custom design with no issues. The initial pricing quote was very fair and transparent, with no surprises later on.Most importantly, the finished ring looks even better in person than I expected. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at all with VRAI.I purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring in January 2024, proposed in February and now it being September, we have had to get her ring repaired 3 separate times! Each repair took 3+ weeks and the final repair we got with a different jeweler because of the lack of confidence we had with VRAI. Anytime someone wanted to see her ring and it was being repaired - it was always embarrassing to have to explain what happened. Definitely NOT how you want the celebration of your engagement year to go.The platinum band bent out of shape each time which caused the diamonds on the band to fall out. (I can assure you she was not doing anything strenuous while wearing it - she was very careful and aware to not do so)The customer service team was very nice however put us through the same routine each time and when I asked for it to be escalated up they did not do so.They even admitted that the first time they repaired the ring it was not r
