No other vets could see him immediately and I was very worried. When I call St. Matthews Animal Clinic and explained his situation, they told me to bring him in right away. Found out he has Strutive Crystals and was in severe pain due to trying to pass them. He also could have had a blockage which can be fatal if not treated immediately. They took care of him, calmed me down, and they were so sweet and considerate of “our” needs. I have since started taking my pup there too and I couldn’t be more grateful. They are always patient with me and my dog both. I appreciate all of their support and hard work. I have a German shepherd and he gets a little nervous to come to the vet. The staff always makes sure to do what they can to make our visit pleasant. The vet tech even sat down on the floor with treats to help my dog feel more comfortable.
