Big shout out to all the staff at VEG. They were extremely professional and comforting after Jackson was brought in after a medical scare. They diagnosed and got him into surgery within 24 hours. ERs are never a fun place to be, but their unique open concept floor plan allows you to stay with your pet throughout most of the process and understand exactly what is going on instead of sitting in a waiting room stressing out. A million thanks to the staff at VEG!

I am so incredibly grateful to VEG Edgewater. My dog went into GDV/bloat and was in very bad shape when we arrived. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, but the doctors, nurses, and entire staff moved quickly to stabilize him and clearly explained every option along the way.He had to stay for over 24 hours after surgery, and the level of care he received was outstanding. The team was professional, calm, and genuinely compassionate the entire time. Being able to stay with my dog throughout the process meant everything to me. Watching the staff work, I gained so much respect for their skill and dedication, they truly know what they’re doing.Thanks to VEG, my dog survived something that could have been fatal. I hope we never face another emergency, but if we do, I would go back to VEG Edgewater without hesitation.
