Specialties consist of nutrition, personal training (strength, functionality, and weight loss) and mixed martial arts (in particular kickboxing, boxing, and Muay Thai). Valkyrie Fitness and Nutrition has been in the personal training industry for over 6 years and have trained clients from 4 years old to 75 as well as collegiate athletes, Olympians and pro athletes. Established in 2011. Started in 2011 as a martial art instructor and group instructor.
2012 obtained American College of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Certification and began teaching individuals proper body mechanics, weight loss techniques, and program design.
2015 a National Academy of Sports Medicine Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification was achieved to teach clients proper nutrition for life, sports, and family needs. A Rehabilitation Certification was also obtained to further assist clients with injuries to recover even after physical therapy or old injuries.
